Booking Terms & Conditions
Arrival & Departure
Time of Arrival is strictly 2:00pm
Time of Departure is strictly 10:00am Peak Season & 1:00pm Out of Season
Chalet Keys:
Kindly make arrangements with Yvonne (+27 84 522 2840) for the collection of your keys.
On departure, kindly deposit keys in the deposit box provided under the staircase leading to Chalet 1.
Payment
Full payment including a refundable deposit of R1,000.00 (for breakages) is payable to confirm booking
If no breakages occur a coequal for R1,000.00 will be deposited into the account that you have provided details for.
Refunds:
A full refund less 15% admin fee applies on bookings that are cancelled seven days or more prior to arrival
A 50% refund on bookings that cancelled between 3 to 6 days prior to arrival.
There will be no refund on bookings that are cancelled less than two days prior to arrival.
House Rules
No pets allowed.
No loud music is allowed on these premises.
Please ensure that the chalets are left in a tidy condition upon departure.
Upon arrival check the inventory list in the kitchen. If there are any shortages please report this immediately to Yvonne on the number +27 84 522 2840
Useful Information
Please bring your own towels, dishcloths, candles & matches, toilet rolls, insect repellant and darts as these are not provided for. No cleaning service provided for.
It is advisable to stock up on provisions before arrival as the nearest supermarket chains are in Scottburgh.
Parking is restricted to 2 vehicles for Chalet’s 2, 3 &4 and 1 vehicle for Chalet No. 1. Any additional vehicles will have to be parked on the curb outside the premises during the day.
Please note that the chalets are designed as follows:
Chalet (1) – two bedrooms with one bathroom – sleeps 6
Chalet’s (2), (3) & (4) – Two bedrooms with two bathrooms – sleeps 8
The Management & It’s Representatives Reserve the Right To:
Inspect the chalet at any reasonable hour
Evict any additional persons
Limitation of Liability
Although everything possible is done to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable one, the management and it’s representatives will not be held responsible for accidental death, bodily injury or illness, or accidental loss of or damage to property during your stay.
